My Fitspiration Board :)
It’s got a bunch of motivational quotes and pictures on it, a “pounds to lose” and “pounds lost” tally sheet, and my rewards for weight loss ^-^
The tallies on the tally sheet are made of the sticky part of post-its, so when I lose a pound I can peel it off the “pounds to lose” and stick it on the “pounds lost.”
As you can see, I have got a long way to go, but this just inspires me to do it. :)
